Johan Wärn is a coordinator in the Ung Cancer nominating committee.

He works as an HR partner at Karolinska University Hospital, most recently serving as deputy HR manager at Uppsala University Hospital, where he led a team of nine HR partners and specialists. Johan has extensive experience in HR strategy, occupational health and safety, and management support, including over five years as an HR partner at Karolinska and twelve years as HR manager at Metro newspaper. He holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Mittuniversitetet.

Johan brings his experience in recruitment, leadership support, and organizational development to the nominating committee—skills that are directly relevant to assessing which candidates can strengthen the Ung Cancer board.
