Caroline has a long career in leadership and communication behind her and currently works at Schibsted. She has previously also served as marketing and fundraising manager for Min Stora Dag. 

On May 15, 2024, Caroline was elected chairperson.

– It feels very good in my heart to be able to give and contribute to an incredibly important organization for young adults who are affected by or live with cancer. The strength that is born from community and belonging during a difficult period in life is so incredibly important so as not to feel alone. We have a period ahead of us where we will need to focus on increasing revenue. I also want to be there as a sounding board for the general secretary in the daily work on all conceivable issues so that we can deliver on the set goals in the best possible way.
