Important information for those who have applied or are going to apply for financial support

We at Ung Cancer have noticed technical problems with our system for processing financial support. This means that some applications are not registered even though they have been filled out correctly. To users, it looks like the application has been sent, but it is not registered. We do not know why or who is experiencing this problem, as it works as usual for some.

We are incredibly sorry about this and are working to resolve the problem. Here is some important information in the meantime:

For those who applied for financial support during the period 1 April to 14 June

  • Log in to your account and double-check if you can see your application under “Application for financial support”. You should see an Application ID, date, and application status.
  • If you can see your application there, everything is under control and your application has been registered.
  • If you do not see any application, you need to try again – if you still do not see any application. Email us at medlem@ungcancer.se and we will help you further.

For those who are going to apply for financial support:

  • It is very important that you double-check that your application has been registered after you have submitted it.
  • After you have submitted your application, log out and log back in. Double-check if you can see your application under “Application for financial support”. You should see an Application ID, date, and application status.
  • If you can see your application there, everything is under control and your application has been registered.
  • If you do not see any application, you need to try again – if you still do not see any application. Email us at medlem@ungcancer.se and we will help you further.

If you are unsure or want to double-check that your application has been registered. Contact us at medlem@ungcancer.se and we will be happy to help you.
