Dags för Träning på dina villkor – hösten 2026!

Exercise on your terms is a digital exercise and health program that runs for six weeks. The goal is to strengthen you both physically and mentally – entirely based on your unique circumstances. With Athletics' experienced experts in exercise, yoga, nutrition, and mindfulness, you will receive the best guidance, plenty of motivation, and practical tools. All so that you can get started with your exercise in an enjoyable and sustainable way. We now have space for 15 new members who want to join us this autumn!

The program is tailored for you as a member of Ung Cancer, regardless of whether you are affected or a close relative, and want help kickstarting your exercise – wherever you are in life!

Want to hear what others think? Here are a few voices from previous participants:

  • “It has been nice to find a community with others who are in a similar situation.”
  • “Yes, I think it is very fun to exercise in a group and to find other ways than “just” lifting weights, I think it has been fun.”
  • “I have gained energy and become happier, which has allowed me to continue with daily exercise and continue to feel better and better. I see a clear difference in how I felt during treatment before and after these 6 weeks.”

This is what you will get access to during your 6 weeks in the program:

  • A completely personalized exercise program just for you.
  • Lectures on nutrition, stress, and motivation.
  • Individual conversations with a coach – a personal check-in at the start and end.
  • Live-streamed workouts focusing on strength, fitness, yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation.
  • Wonderful live fika & community with the other participants.
  • Support to help incorporate movement into your daily life even after the program, including health guides and exercises.
  • A support forum for encouragement, questions, and support from both our experts and other participants.
